Privacy Policy

Adinex AI Pte Ltd (“Adinex”, “we”, “us”) is a Singapore company. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with adinex.ai and our enquiries, consultations and business relationships.

Personal data means information that identifies you, either on its own or with other information available to us.

AuraPlate service data is addressed separately in the AuraPlate Privacy Policy. Employment-related processing is covered by the relevant staff notices.

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, region, enquiry type and message. We use them to respond, arrange consultations or demonstrations, assess your requirements, manage a business relationship and keep records of our correspondence.

Do not include identification documents, passwords or unnecessary information about other people in an enquiry. Where you supply another person’s information, you should have authority to do so and provide the appropriate notice.

Our website and its hosting services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and error records to deliver the site, diagnose faults and protect it against abuse.

Where cookies or similar storage are used by the site, they will be explained in the cookie information presented with the relevant feature. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some functions may then be affected. Optional analytics or marketing technologies require an appropriate notice and any consent required by law before use.

Where we send promotional communications, we will do so only where permitted by law and provide a way to stop receiving them.

We collect, use and disclose personal data for the purposes notified to you, with your consent where required, or where the PDPA or another law permits it. Providing an enquiry allows us to use the supplied details to handle that enquiry; it does not give unlimited permission for unrelated marketing or other purposes.

Some business contact information is outside the PDPA’s data-protection provisions, but we still handle it appropriately.

We share personal data only where reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, including with service providers supporting hosting, IT administration, communications and professional advice, or where required or permitted by law. Providers acting on our behalf must follow our instructions and applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

Where data is transferred or accessed outside Singapore, we require safeguards that provide protection comparable to the Singapore PDPA, unless a lawful exception applies.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration and loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data while it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for a legal or business purpose. When those purposes no longer apply, we delete it, dispose of it securely or remove its association with identifiable individuals. Backup copies are subject to controlled retention and disposal.

You may contact our DPO to request access to your personal data and information about its use or disclosure in the preceding year, ask us to correct an error or omission, or withdraw consent with reasonable notice. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and understand your request.

Access and correction are subject to the PDPA and its exceptions. We may charge a reasonable access fee and will explain it before proceeding. We respond as soon as reasonably possible and, if we cannot respond within 30 days, inform you in writing when to expect a response.

If you withdraw consent, we will explain the likely consequences and stop the relevant processing unless continued processing is required or authorised by law.

Our Data Protection Officer is Liang Jun Phua, provided through SageShield. Please describe the service and concern without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will consider privacy complaints and respond through the DPO. You may also contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The published version will show its effective date; where required, we will notify you of new purposes and obtain consent before using data for them.
